凱瑞將赴日內瓦晤俄外長商討敘利亞局勢

美國國務院突然宣布，總統歐巴馬派遣國務卿凱瑞，前往瑞士日內瓦，與俄羅斯外長拉夫羅夫會晤，商討敘利亞局勢。

國務院表示，二人將在星期四會面，試圖就安理會有關敘利亞交出化武的決議草案的內容，達成協議。

另外，白宮表示，再有8個國家簽署聲明，譴責巴夏爾政府使用化武，要求國際社會強烈回應，令支持美國的國家增加至33個...
