憂判決衝突　王金平撤回行政假處分

王金平的委任律師許英傑14日中午到台北高等行政法院撤銷之前提起的停止執行假處分聲請案，他表示，「因為台北地院昨天作出的假處分已足以保障王金平的黨員與立委資格。」因此，不必浪費司法資源，再作行政假處分裁定。

許英傑表示，暫時不會向行政法院提出行政訴訟。對於國民黨決定下周將針對北院的假處分裁定，向高院抗告，記者詢問不會擔心判決有變數？許英傑表示，「我們有自己的訴訟節奏，因此並不擔心。」

對此，法界人士認為，昨日高等法院判決後，已讓王金平立於不敗之地，為了避免行政法院判決與高等法院衝突，而造成影響，因而撤銷假處分聲請案。
