因應明天立院開議 藍綠黨團大會凝聚軍心

因應立法院明天開議，朝野兩黨在今（16）日均舉行黨團大會，凝聚黨內立委向心力來備戰。

立法院新會期即將開議，朝野黨團原則同意邀行政院長江宜樺備詢。民進黨立法院黨團今天舉行黨團會議凝聚共識，民進黨主席蘇貞昌將出席督軍。

民進黨團總召集人柯建銘說，總統馬英九面對憲政、國會與領導僵局，應誠懇認錯、躬身自省，追求朝野大對話、大和解。此外，民進黨也主張廢除特偵組，柯建銘還呼籲國民黨立委扮演關鍵角色。

國民黨原訂今天舉行立法行政部門議事運作研討會，但上周五決定取消，並改開國民黨立法院黨團大會。國民黨政策會執行長林鴻池說，停開立法行政部門議事運作研討會，不會對新會期造成影響，面對新會期挑戰，應先讓黨籍立委有充分發言討論空間，凝聚立委向心力，並研擬議事攻防策略。

林鴻池說，可預期開議後，在野黨可能占據主席台或採焦土政策，延宕議事，國民黨也有因應之道，可能採「車輪戰」，每個議案該發言就發言、該表決就表決，也會要求國民黨籍立委做好心理準備。
