標題[討論] 新一紫光 今天打電話問客服

有關新一紫光的問題 今天有個重大的客服問答 得知手機紫光可以送修的時候 就有打算想要報修 聽說還可以換新機 可是拖了一陣子 因為有需要用到手機 所以才拖了好幾個禮拜 因為手機上面還有一顆亮點 所以私以為可以一次汰除換新 昨天報修 原本今天收件 又因為週末又要出差 所以要用到手機不敢送修 (備用機說要等排隊 還不一定有) 所以今天打電話過去說要更改收件時間 改成下週二 結果客服看了送修問題 便說今天HTC有釋出安卓4.3版本 要我等更新 說更新後就會改善紫光問題 我說我的手機還沒有收到更新的資訊 客服指出因檔案過大 所以批量釋出下載 問我要不要等 要我先自行下載後看是否還有問題 再送報修 私希望可以換 因為那個亮點真的很礙眼 白(亮)屏的時候就會出現 黑(暗)屏則無 是問有沒能給點意見 我堅持要送修亮點成功的機會是!?
