絕緣器故障斷電 高鐵道歉

（中央社記者林紳旭台北2013年11月2日電）台灣高鐵公司今天發布新聞稿，公開向旅客表示歉意。高鐵並說，造成跳電停駛的原因，判斷是「區分絕緣器」故障失效導致。

高鐵指出，從上午11時16分開始，彰化至雲林未來站區間的「區分絕緣器」，陸續發生絕緣故障失效，導致供電異常，行經該路段的部分車次暫停。

高鐵表示，將繼續追查「區分絕緣器」故障的原因。

高鐵指出，今天跳電事件發生後，立即派員至現場檢測並成立緊急應變中心進行運轉調度，下午1時39分故障排除，全線恢復供電，各列車陸續恢復正常運轉。

高鐵說，這次跳電事件計取消5班次列車、32班次於部分車站延誤超過5分鐘，高鐵對於行程受到影響的旅客表達最誠摯的歉意。
