高鐵跳電事件 下午開記者會

（中央社記者汪淑芬台北2013年11月3日電）高鐵昨天發生跳電造成列車停駛，3萬2000名旅客受影響。台灣高鐵公司上午召開檢討會，下午3時30分召開記者會說明。

高鐵昨天在彰化到雲林區間發生供電異常，導致電力跳脫，部分列車停駛及延誤，2個多小時後才逐漸恢復正常運轉。

高鐵4月25日台中號誌異常，發生首度非天災因素大規模停駛，昨天又因設備故障而停駛，兩次事件影響人數都超過3萬人，而高鐵10月8日才調漲票價，民眾抱怨不已。
