我的情況是同時被三家公司錄取，今天是過年前一天，要給一個正式答覆，為此煩惱到極致，到現在還無法闔眼...想聽聽版友的看法三家公司薪資都給的差不多，數字都挺誠意，都離家近，都是管理職 A公司：上市中型公司，課長帶四人，上直對總經理，工作內容是熟悉領域，三間中範圍最侷限，但也最簡單輕鬆，公司產品組合有問題，未來前景看似不樂觀但公司依然有賺錢 B公司：小型公司，主要與業務、PM及製造研發協力合作，工作內容自己決定，上班時間自理，老闆指派任務很簡單 >>> 讓公司變得更好，不限定工作範圍，相對責任無限大，一切自己想辦法，未來前景受限於規模過小，格局不大 C公司：上市國際企業，帶兩人，上面一個高階主管，內部環境業界有名的亂，組織三間中最龐大，跨部門障礙很多，進去主要承接特殊專案，每一件不RUN個幾年不會有成績，工作項目三者中最有價值、前瞻性最高基本條件薪資/交通/福利/工作性質都相近的情況下，前瞻性，C>A>B，自由度B>A>C，工作環境B>A>C，挑戰度C>B>A，已經快35了，下一份選擇要非常謹慎，不曉得版友們還會考慮什麼因素來做決定輔助? 誠心請益... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.141.148.70
