（中央社記者高照芬台北2014年2月12日電）台北股市早盤上漲，台北外匯市場新台幣兌美元匯率震盪加劇，中午暫收30.305元，升值1.01角，台北外匯經紀公司成交量4.11億美元。

匯銀人士指出，美國聯準會主席葉倫（JanetYellen）首次國會政策報告，表示量化寬鬆（QE）緩退，激勵台北股匯市上漲。

台北匯市進口商買匯，出口商拋匯，外商銀行外匯操作沒有明確方向性，新台幣震盪加大，呈區間盤整走勢，實質交易區間落在30.290元至30.330元之間。

國際匯市方面，台北時間中午12時28分左右的國際匯價，1歐元兌1.3630美元；1美元兌102.6日圓、兌1065韓元。

台北外匯經紀公司新台幣兌美元匯率今天開盤價30.406元，盤中最高30.280元，最低30.406元，午盤暫收30.305元，升值1.01角，成交金額4.11億美元。
