法務部長認同 檢察官適切表達意見

澎湖地檢署檢察官吳巡龍昨天開記者會，痛批審理澎湖七美鄉代會主席張仁和及秘書許順桶偽造文書案的高雄高分院法官「扭曲事實，顛倒是非」。法務部長羅瑩雪今天下午視察嘉義地檢署，認同檢察官適切表達意見。

羅部長說，許多檢察官都會有同感，認為認真努力偵辦的案件，被法官判無罪，認為無罪判決沒道理，吳檢察官可能內心積壓已久，她認同檢察官適切表達意見，只要言之有物，檢察官偵查及法官判決品質都要受社會檢視。
