標題[請益] 研替進入公司的時間

想請問TSMC的研替梯次，比較晚進公司有沒有差朋友是TSMC的研替，本來預定要填11/20受訓不過因為規畫出遊的關係滿晚回國的 (原PO是同行的友人，本人無PTT帳號，幫忙代問) 正在考慮要不要延到12月的梯次，這樣會1月初進公司公司那邊是沒什麼意見，想請問版上的過來人晚進去TSMC會不會有什麼潛在缺點 ex: 農曆過年前很忙碌老鳥比較沒心力帶新手、同年進去的都訓練完了自己會跟不上少過一個年(1月才進去)休假or獎金計算不一樣等等 P.S. 記得他是IT還RD，好像是跟產線比較沒直接關係的 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 36.228.231.235 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1409723141.A.AB6.html
