暫代食藥署長 姜郁美：尚未接獲指示

行政院針對劣油懲處名單出爐，去年10月才因大統摻假油事件臨危受命的食藥署長葉明功遭調職，今天上午葉明功未接手機，至於傳出將暫代署長的副署長姜郁美表示，她是事務官，必須看上級安排，目前還沒有接到暫代的指示。
