銘旺科技（2429）以每股20元辦理1,600萬股現金增資案，今天除權，籌資用來擴充廠房設備及充實營運資金。

銘旺科7月營收5,229萬元，較上月高24.65%，但比2012年7月衰退18.44%；前七月營收3.78億元，比2012年同期減少9.26%。

銘旺科第2季稅後純損1,870萬元，比上季及2012年同期轉盈為虧，每股稅後純損0.9元。第2季營收1.64億元，毛利率1.77%；營收季增率1.65%，但低於2012年同期13.17%，毛利率各下滑8.03、0.1 個百分點。

銘旺科上半年毛利率5.75%，稅後純損1,579萬元，每股稅後純損0.76元；毛利率比2012年同期提高3.79個百分點，但轉盈為虧。
