台中蔡姓女子前年和未婚夫訂婚後竟毀婚，她說未婚夫曾冥婚，她不願「和女鬼共事一夫」，也拒還已收的一百多萬元聘禮。

法官傳喚媒人作證，認定蔡女早知對方冥婚，判她敗訴，收下的一百多萬元聘金退還男方，蔡女不服上訴，台中高分院今駁回上訴，她需還錢，全案還可上訴。
