酒駕累犯撞死人 平地院判3年

屏東27歲張姓男子，去年2月底剛因重利易科罰金執行完，4月18日又因酒後騎機車，從屏東縣萬丹鄉社皮村出發，行經屏東市海豐街時撞上前方單車騎士邱姓男子，造成邱頭部外傷併腦出血、重度昏迷及多處擦傷等傷勢，送醫急救後仍在兩天後死亡。屏地院今依過失致死罪判他有期徒刑3年。
