德國銀行展望 穆迪上調至穩定

（中央社台北2013年9月6日電）穆迪投資者服務公司（Moody’s Investors Service）2008年來首度上調德國銀行體系展望，並表示銀行業已提高資本適足率，且危機時造成的虧損已減輕。

穆迪今天在聲明中表示，展望從負向調升至穩定「代表1年來因危機造成的虧損減少及資本實力改善後，德國銀行業現在更有抵禦不利的市場環境的能力」。「儘管未來12到18個月的資產品質會稍微惡化，但資本水準會進一步轉強，因銀行業也在努力解決不良資產的存貨。」

德國加入世界各國的行列，命令銀行提高資本，避免步上2008年雷曼兄弟控股公司（Lehman BrothersHoldings Inc.）倒閉後要納稅人出資援助的後塵。根據穆迪，在決策者尋求方法減少破產銀行規模之下，各國政府插手要拯救銀行的機率也降低。

穆迪表示，然而「穆迪預測2013到2014年間德國銀行體系的獲利和效率都會惡化，因低利率和產能過剩持續對獲利率施壓」。（譯者：中央社陳昱婷）
