網PO個資肉搜 當心涉公然侮辱罪

網路上常見網友PO照片及個人資料，希望網友幫忙人肉搜索，不過這很可能會觸法。警方強調，就算在不公開的網路社團中貼上對方個資，一樣違法，呼籲上網求援者務必小心。

六月時福隆舉辦沙雕季，一對男女竟然一屁股坐在沙雕作品上，把沙雕坐塌了，畫面被貼上網路，引發網友震怒，一度要發起人肉搜索，不過人肉搜索一不小心可能就會觸法。警方說，有名陳姓女網友在臉書上輕易地打上一名男子的基本資料，男子姓倪，60幾年次、基隆人，家住哪裡也寫了，說此人欠錢不還，還PO了他的正面照，沒想到真有熱心網友提供男子行蹤，但這是違反個資法的。

另外在Line上同樣不能公布他人個資，警方說也有網友公開貼出別人照片，LINE的對話內容，以及對方車牌、手機號碼、臉書等資料，還說他騷擾女性，要他主動出面聯繫。警方強調，非但網路上不能洩露他人個資，就算在現實生活上也不行，而且如果網友在網路上公然批判他人，還會涉及公然侮辱罪，不可不小心。
