朴槿惠晤普丁 談北核及開發港灣等經合

南韓總統朴槿惠與俄羅斯總統普丁會晤，就北韓核武問題和兩國的經濟合作等雙方關切的事宜，進行了廣泛的交流。

朴槿惠說明了南韓新政府的信任外交基調，希望俄羅斯理解，同時堅持不容許北韓擁有核武的原則。

韓俄雙方還就加強兩國在俄羅斯的東北亞開發戰略方面的合作，進行了討論，除此之外，雙方就南韓進軍俄羅斯遠東地區的方案及北極航道、港灣開發合作等韓俄之間的經濟合作專案，也交換了意見。

兩位領導人一致認為，南韓加強跟歐亞經濟合作的政策與普丁重視亞太地區的政策，為構建兩國共贏關係發揮了作用。
