巴西總統羅賽芙不滿遭美國監聽， 延後訪美計畫。

巴西媒體說，巴西一個先遣小組原訂明天飛往華盛頓，安排羅賽芙總桶訪美行程，但這個小組延遲出發．羅賽芙希望等美國道歉後，再訪問美國。

美國前國家安全局雇員史諾登日前透露，美國情報機構監聽全球很多國家電話，監控他們電腦通聯，甚至還監聽巴西總統羅賽芙跟她顧問之間電話，監控他們之間email。消息傳出後，羅賽芙震怒。

巴西司法部長卡多索說，這些指控非常嚴重，等於侵犯了巴西國家主權。
