45.5公斤！ 超大鮸魚 百人吃不完

嘉義縣東石漁民昨天捕獲1隻重達45.5公斤的「超級大鮸魚」，在魚市場造成轟動。魚市場主任吳純裕表示，這隻鮸魚是東石魚市場成立60年來，第2大尾的鮸魚，極為罕見，即使100人來吃，也不一定一餐就能全吃完。

東石鄉塭港村漁民陳炳堯是昨天凌晨在外傘頂洲附近海域作業時，捕到這隻「超級大鮸魚」。昨天早上9時30分運到東石魚市場，馬上吸引魚市場員工及漁民圍觀，大家嘖嘖稱奇，沒想到竟可捕獲這麼大尾的鮸魚。

吳純裕指出，鮸魚的重量通常在10至20公斤，要超過30公斤就很少見，據東石魚市場的歷史紀錄，約在20年前，許姓漁民曾捕獲重達50多公斤的大鮸魚，之後，就沒有漁民捕到45公斤以上的鮸魚。

吳純裕表示，近年來鮸魚的數量並不多，東石魚市場每年拍賣的尾數，通常都在20至40尾。以今年為例，到目前為止拍賣的鮸魚只有23尾，而且最大尾都沒有超過40公斤。

吳純裕強調，鮸魚因肉質細嫩且Ｑ彈，不管清蒸、切片油炸都非常好吃，因此價格不便宜，每公斤行情價約450至500元。由於這隻「超級大鮸魚」重達45.5公斤，一般遊客不可能購買。最後，由東石魚市場承銷人王銀志以每公斤540元的高價購得，進帳兩萬多元。
