指美竊聽電信系統 比利時首相譴責

比利時政府於16日發表聲明，批評美國國家安全局（NSA）透過其所策動的「稜鏡」計畫（PRISM），對比利時電信的國際電話進行竊聽，比利時電信已經將相關事證提交給比利時聯邦檢察院。

該聲明是由比利時首相迪呂波（Elio Di Rupo），以及比利時內政大臣、司法大臣聯合發表。迪呂波在聲明中強調，美國政府的竊聽作為是「網路間諜行為」，比利時嚴厲譴責這些入侵、侵犯比利時企業權益的行為。

在美國國安局前雇員史諾登（Edward Snowden）公開美國政府秘密運作的「稜鏡計畫」後，比利時電信即針對其信息系統進行深入調查，結果發現相關通訊設備均被植入惡意軟體，可以讓駭客進行遠端操控，初步估計已遭到監聽長達2年。

而負責調查的比利時聯邦檢察院也指出，從竊聽的相關技術，可以發現是「某國的高度介入」，暗指美國長期針對比利時電信進行竊聽。

比利時政府也表示，將會針對此事，與美國政府進行相對的交涉。
