代表鷹派的美國前財長桑默斯退出聯準會（Fed ）主席競逐，牽動全球資金流向，台北金融市場昨（16）日在外資助陣下，出現股匯雙漲行情。這波外資持續匯入，已在股市連15買，買超突破千億元，後勁仍在發酵。

台股指數昨日大漲112點，收在8255點，漲幅1.39%，在亞洲僅次於新加坡；新台幣兌美元盤中勁揚，即使中央銀行進場干預，收盤時仍升值1.21角，以29.721元的四個月來新高作收。～經濟日報2013年 9月17日頭版頭條
