《交通》高鐵午前正常發車，台鐵南迴線停駛

【時報-台北電】天兔颱風來襲，也打亂全台交通！其中，台鐵南迴線從昨天深夜到今天一整天，所有的車次取消。另外，高鐵部份，在今天中午前是正常發車、至於下午發車情形，會在上午10：30前宣布。

台鐵部份，9月21日南迴線各級對號列車停駛，區間車視風雨狀況機動行駛。阿里山森林鐵路均停駛。 二、9月21日(星期六)12時以前，列車行駛概況如下：(一)西部幹線及內灣線、集集線，各級列車均正常行駛。(二)宜蘭線、北迴線、花東線、平溪線等區段，因豪雨預警值已達停駛標準，各級對號列車均停駛，區間車視風雨狀況機動行駛。(三)高雄－枋寮間，區間車機動行駛。
