我不是想要比賽得冠軍什麼之類的，目的只是單純想學點武術防身，或者修身養性等等，請問一下武術會有年齡限制嗎？還是說道館本身會限制學員年齡？也請問有關各種武術像是跆拳道、柔道、截拳道等等的不同跟介紹吧，感恩～
