殯葬新文化 將建Q Rcord系統

高雄市政府民政局將建置Q Rcord資訊系統，提供e化作業進度、冰存位置等公開透明資訊，並規劃人棺分道、設立電子輓聯、推動環保葬法等，以建構殯葬新文化。

民政局長曾姿雯表示，民政局針對殯葬服務有多項改善與創新，自去年至105年預計改善18座殯葬設施；去年已完成4座，今年尚有4座正在施工。

曾姿雯表示，為了提升服務品質，市府首創「小型工程監工學堂」，成立提升小型工程品質相關機制技術小組，以有效提升各區人力效能。

另將原有40所戶政事務所精簡為37所，將阿蓮、田寮、梓官、永安、彌陀合併至阿蓮及梓官戶政事務所，其餘改設辦公處；曾姿雯說，如此一來，不但可減少共同性行政業務，也保有服務據點不縮水，每年能有效樽節人事費用約30萬元。
