亂撿拾漂流木 恐吃上竊盜罪

天兔颱風帶來豐沛雨量，順著大雨沖刷下來的漂流木，成為不少人眼中的寶貝，昨天台東富岡海灘立即出現許多民眾撿拾漂流木。台東縣政府呼籲，未經公告，民眾即撿拾漂流木，最重將吃上竊盜國有財產官司。

台東縣政府林務保育科長柯漢強表示，依森林法15條規定，漂流木須待當地政府清理註記完畢後，民眾才能自由撿拾未經標記的雜木，民眾如發現漂流木上有國有、公有、私有註記、烙印者，或屬紅檜、扁柏、肖楠、櫸木、牛樟等珍貴大徑木，不得撿拾，以免觸法。
