假設想拍個影片 屬於自己和另一半的記憶那樣 除了旁白之外 背景音樂如果用了幾首流行歌來剪輯 1. 這樣有侵犯到智慧財產權嗎?? 又 2. 如果這影片是個人使用 只有幾個人觀賞這樣OK嗎 3. 放到FB上有關係嗎 (只有好友能看到) 感謝回答 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.79.247.24
