馬：若黃世銘不法，政府一定究辦

馬英九總統今晚與黨籍立委餐敘時表示，監聽和關說是兩件事；監聽不法就辦監聽的人，司法關說不對就辦司法關說。經過調查若證明檢察總長黃世銘確有不法，政府一定會依法究辦，絕對不會護短。

馬總統強調，杜絕非法監聽是他在2008年5月就職演說時的宣示，上任後就前往包括調查局在內的各治安單位視察，嚴正要求執法機關落實。
