宇昌案 監院通過糾正

　　監察院調查宇昌案，今天(2日)通過糾正行政院、經建會。

　　民進黨前主席蔡英文2007年卸任行政院副院長後，擔任宇昌生技公司董事長。在蔡英文卸任前，當時行政院經濟建設委員會主任委員何美玥以「極機密」文件給當時的閣揆蘇貞昌、副閣揆蔡英文，簽准國發基金投資宇昌，遭質疑有弊端。

　　牽涉國發基金投資生技產業的宇昌案，在2012年總統大選期間成為藍綠攻防焦點。特偵組調查宇昌案，因查無犯罪事證，去年已將全案簽結。

　　但行政方面則由監委葉耀鵬、馬以工、馬秀如、李復甸繼續調查；監察院今天通過監委所提宇昌案糾正案及調查報告。

　　對於監察院調查宇昌案，蔡英文和現任民進黨主席蘇貞昌，先前都拒絕監院約詢。
