陳椒華：水源區不應大鬆綁

內政部今年9月初上網公告「全國區域計畫草案」，由於內容涵蓋範圍極大，台灣水資源保育聯盟發言人陳椒華今天表示，修正計畫將「限制開發區」改為「環境敏感區」，又增加開發單位只要提出廢水、廢棄物等回收承諾就允許開發，已嚴重逾越環評審查，內政部與環保署應詳細說明修正草案的合理性，尤其目前台灣各水庫優養化與淤積日益嚴重，內政部不能鬆綁開發。
