敘利亞正式加入《禁止化學武器公約》

敘利亞當地星期一起正式加入《禁止化學武器公約》。

禁止化學武器組織發出公報稱，《禁止化學武器公約》正式對敘利亞生效，敘利亞成為這個組織第190個成員國。

敘利亞9月14號向聯合國遞交申請加入《禁止化學武器公約》的文件。

禁止化學武器組織一個專家組正在敘利亞，展開銷毀化學武器的工作。組織負責人呼籲敘利亞交戰雙方暫時停火，讓專家進入相關地點執行工作。

負責人說，最少20處有能力生產化武地點中，專家組已進入5處，但通往部份地點的道路位於反對派控制的地區，這些地區戰鬥不斷，阻礙專家組的工作。...
