花葬區啟用 24先人植存

北市府推動多元環保葬，在陽明山第一公墓內設置花葬區「臻善園」昨天啟用，有24位先行者率先植存在百花相擁的花葬區，其中包括兩個家族共16位先行者。

殯葬處推動環保葬，另規畫以1萬元獎勵金，補助每位公立塔位遷出、公立墓地起掘及近1年身亡且採環保葬的台北市民，預估1年約2500位；一旦實施將是全國率先之舉。

臻善園昨天由副市長張金鶚、民政局長黃呂錦茹主持啟用，規畫兼具花葬、環保、景觀及生態復育功能，面積約8200平方公尺。配合陽明山國家公園意象，種植吉野櫻、八重櫻等喬木，及金毛杜鵑、茶花、桂花等灌木，搭配草花，景色如公園。

殯葬處長吳坤宏說，園區分18個葬區，採不立碑、不記名，輪流循環使用，申請花葬沒國籍、戶籍等任何限制，程序簡單，只要檢附相關證明到第一、二殯儀館都可隨到隨辦，約定安葬時間，全部免費。

「臻善園」昨天開園有24位先行者花葬，其中洪先生先前有家人環保葬，認為不錯，昨天為6位北投公墓起掘的先人花葬。
