諾基亞勝訴 hTC恐遭索賠

〔編譯盧永山、記者王憶紅／台北報導〕諾基亞控告宏達電HTC侵權一案，英國高等法院最新判決宏達電侵害諾基亞EP0998024專利，諾基亞對此表示欣慰，將向宏達電索賠，並申請強制令，禁止宏達電產品在英國銷售。

這項判決是繼美國國際貿易委員會（ITC）九月裁定，宏達電侵犯諾基亞手機和平板電腦的兩項無線電專利後，諾基亞的另一次勝利，也將為陷入營運危機的宏達電帶來打擊。宏達電對此判決表示遺憾，將立即上訴。

024專利為有關晶片內的訊號調變結構設計，據了解，宏達電是使用Qualcomm高通晶片，因此侵權直接對象應為高通。
