菲國軍方說　海燕颱風死亡造成942死 275失蹤

菲律賓軍方說，海燕颱風侵襲菲律賓，到目前為止，已經確定有942人死亡，還有 275人失蹤。

然而美聯社說，真正死亡人數應該會大幅增加，因為兩個菲國地方官員都說，死亡人數應該超過１萬人。此外，由於災區交通和對外通訊中斷，一些屍體還困在瓦礫堆中，給清點死亡人數帶來困難。
