一卡通免費搭公車 首周運量增

高雄市為了衝刺千萬搭公車人次，11月和12月推出持一卡通免費搭公車，交通局檢視實施第一個星期的成效，確定公車運量成長7.3%；市長陳菊昨從市府站搭公車到美麗島站，為免費搭公車措施加強宣導，籲市民多搭公車。

陳菊持一卡通刷卡搭乘免費公車；她表示，市府獲交通部補助4000萬元，響應運量躍升計畫，所以這兩個月推出市區公車免費搭，希望民眾多搭公車，減少開車或騎機車。

一位公車司機指出，許多民眾只看到「免費」，卻沒有看到「持一卡通」，以為完全免費，也有人以為台北的悠遊卡也可免費；即使持一卡通，上車還是要刷卡，只不過是扣「零」元，部分民眾誤以為連一卡通都不用刷。

市府交通局長陳勁甫說，11月第一星期，運量成長7.3%，搭公車人次從過去的每天12萬2000多人，增加為13萬1000多人次。

為刺激搭乘，交通局同時推出「尋找公車省錢達人」活動，持一卡通搭公車的前5名，有機會獲智慧型手機、平板電腦，民眾可參考交通局網站上相關訊息。
