每31.8分鐘 就有孩子受虐

內湖發生阿公縱火造成一家三代6死不幸，兒福聯盟統計，從2008年至今年上半年，平均每31.8分鐘，就有一個孩子遭到類似不幸，今天宣布第三年發起「橘絲帶新兒保運動」，呼籲民眾共同捍衛守護六歲以下幼兒生存權。

兒盟董事長馮燕表示，分析這幾年重大兒虐事件，六歲以下幼童竟最容易受到嚴重傷害甚至死亡。兒盟統計，2008年至今五年多來，國內的兒虐和殺子自殺事件，共有159名兒少死亡，去年有35人，平均一個月有3名孩子來不及長大。另外，2008至2012年，兒少保護通報數，從2萬1443件增加到3萬5823件，2008年至今年上半年，平均每31.8分鐘就有一名孩子受虐。

兒盟2011年起，每年11月發起橘絲帶新兒保運動，成立全民橘絲帶網站(http://orange.children.org.tw/)，目標要號召2000位網友共同承諾，守護孩子我願意。
