【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】針對蘋果與三星電子有關侵權損害賠償金額的爭議，美國地方法院周二重新開庭審理，惟雙方主張仍有相當明顯的落差。

三星電子因侵犯蘋果重要專利，應支付多少賠償金？蘋果宣稱三星理應賠償3.8億美元，三星回擊僅欠5200萬美元，雙方落差懸殊。

法院陪審團原先判定三星26件產品侵犯蘋果6項專利，應賠償蘋果10.5億美元，但之後法官判定其中13項產品的損害錯估4億美元，並裁定重新開庭，以決定適當金額。
