到大陸讀書不服役 父代繳罰金檢拒絕

黃姓男子以觀光名義到香港，輾轉到大陸讀醫科碩士，接到兵單卻不回台服役，法院判他拘役2月可易科罰金，他請父親代繳罰金，檢察官拒絕，黃男聲明異議仍被法官駁回，他仍需親自回台解決問題，不能當「靠爸族」。

黃姓男子9年前要當兵，卻以觀光名義出國，之後到大陸念書，目前是大陸醫科大學碩士生，兵役單位寄通知要他回台接受徵兵檢查，他至今未回，台中地院依妨害兵役治罪條例判他拘役2月，易科罰金6萬元。

黃請在台灣的父親代他到地檢署繳罰金，檢察官拒絕，要求他親自回台，黃不服檢察官的要求，向法院聲明異議，認為他在大陸讀研究所，親自回台聲請易科罰金會影響學業。
