巴基斯坦起訴穆夏拉夫叛國

巴基斯坦宣布，起訴前總統穆夏拉夫叛國。

內政部長阿里漢表示，根據最高法院判決以及調查委員會的報告，決定根據巴基斯坦憲法第六條起訴穆夏拉夫。他說，政府將要求首席大法官針對穆夏拉夫涉嫌叛國罪，成立由三名成員組成的審判委員會，也會提供調查報告，內容涉及穆夏拉夫解散民選政府，及2007年實施緊急狀態。

穆夏拉夫一旦罪名成立，可能判處死刑或無期徒刑。
