金融界徵才 待遇「很有競爭力」

金融機構儲備幹部徵才起跑，星展銀行昨天宣布將招募10名儲備主管，獲選的「金融新血」待遇會「很有競爭力」。

各金融機構的儲備幹部徵才活動，時間不盡相同，從每年年底到隔年的上半年，星展銀行率先宣布為「搶人才」布局。

各金控、銀行除了祭出高年薪外，派駐國外據點或是提供留學獎學金等海外經驗，也是吸引人才的籌碼。

星展銀行今年是第5年招募儲備幹部，申請日期至今年12月31日止；想加入金融業的大學以上應屆畢業生、或2年以下工作經驗者皆可報名。也就是說，不需要研究所學歷，也不限制財經科系背景，大學畢業即可報名。

獲選的新血，將先接受為期2年的培訓，包含6周的海外訓練課程，將在新加坡的星展銀行總部和其他地區學習，提升國際視野。

匯豐銀行2014的「年輕銀行家培育計劃」也開放申請，履歷採取隨到隨審的方式，申請截止日是明年3月31日；培訓期間同樣是2年。
