復興廉航 最快九個月後升空

復興航空獲准籌設台灣首家廉價航空，最快九個月，慢則一年後開始營運，以「台灣人的廉價航空」訴求，將以桃園機場為基地，飛航航程五小時以內的亞洲航點。

加上年底來台的香草航空，目前共有十三家外籍廉航進駐台灣，復興的全新廉航將是首家本土廉航；另一家規畫成立廉航的華航尚未定案，最快年底公布。

復興航空董事長林明昇表示，新成立的這家「台灣人的廉價航空」，滿足想出國但預算低或受限於外籍客服因素的旅客。

記者會上，象徵明年底前開航的這家廉航的小飛機形象圖上標示問號，復興航空邀集全民命名，十一月廿一日至十二月二十日期間，投稿中英文名稱各一，並附三百字取名意涵，獲採用者將可享十年不限航點免費機票；第二階段將徵稿ＬＯＧＯ，明年初開始招募空服員。
