涉侵吞上億鑽石 葉兩傳被訴

以設計「開喜婆婆」飲料廣告聞名的創意鬼才葉兩傳被控與女友賴郁芬侵吞向比利時珠寶商借展、總價上億元的27顆鑽石，卻以7230萬元賤賣他人，經比利時商提告，台北地檢署上午依侵占罪起訴葉兩傳、賴郁芬。

外商公司指控，101年7月到12月曾出借鑽石給葉兩傳與他的同居女友賴郁芬，透過在台法國珠寶商總經理向該公司商借77顆鑽石來台辦珠寶展覽，不過，事後有27顆市價上億元鑽石未歸還，向葉催討，葉置之不理。

比利時珠寶商公司認為葉、賴侵占財物，向刑事警察局報案，檢方指揮警方今年8月中搜索葉兩傳辦公室、住處等5個地點查獲證物。

檢方指出，遭侵占的27顆鑽石，在今年5月比利時商來台索討前，已被賴郁芬以低於市價6成即新台幣7230萬元在黑市出售，葉兩傳在比利時商來台索討鑽石時，向比利時商出示將鑽石賣出明細資料，並揚言如要取回，還需再支付美金10萬元等，涉嫌侵占罪嫌重大。
