會議紀錄：Fed預期數月內縮QE

根據今天公布的會議記錄，美國聯邦準備理事會（Fed）10月開會時預期「數月內」就能開始減少量化寬鬆（QE）的規模。

Fed聯邦公開市場委員會（FOMC）10月29日至30日的會議沒有改變每月購買850億美元債券的經濟振興計畫，但認為就業市場將持續轉好，很快就能縮減購債規模。

會議紀錄顯示：「他們大都估計就業市場將持續改善，與FOMC的預期相符，使得他們可以在數月內縮減購債規模。」

與此同時，FOMC討論到，向外界說明其調升調降利率的預期時，溝通工作應該要做得更好。他們特別指出，在談到聯準會何時縮減購債規模與調升基準利率時，金融市場將這兩個獨立的決策做了過度連結。
