涉違證交法 檢方再搜富味鄉

（中央社記者王朝鈺新北市2013年12月4日電）新北地檢署偵辦富味鄉案，另查出該公司涉違證交法，今天指揮調查局搜索富味鄉公司，約談28人到案。

富味鄉公司在混油案爆發之初，第一時間對外聲稱所有棉籽油產品均為外銷，但事後卻被查出有部分產品在國內銷售，檢方認為該公司涉嫌違反「證交法」散布不實資料。

新北地檢署今指揮調查局新北市調處幹員，前往富味鄉位於五股區的總公司搜索，約談28人到案說明，預計晚間陸續移送新北地檢署複訊。
