金管會修正「公開發行股票公司股務處理準則」

修正「公開發行股票公司股務處理準則」第十四條、第四十九條之二條文

為鼓勵國內新創事業的發展，推動採用「彈性面額股票制度」，金管會爰修正公開發行股票公司股務處理準則第14條、第49條之1，將於近期發布施行，修正重點說明如下：

一、參照公司法第156條第1項之規定，將第14條「股票每股金額均為新臺幣壹拾元」，修正為「公司發行之股份，每股金額應歸一律」。

二、配合前揭股務處理準則第14條之修正，及考量第一上市（櫃）、登錄興櫃外國企業股票，得為無面額或彈性面額，爰將同準則第49條之2第2項「第一上市（櫃）公司、興櫃公司發行股票之每股金額，得依註冊地國法令規定，不受第14條規定之限制」，修正為「第一上市(櫃)公司、興櫃公司發行之股份，每股金額得依註冊地國法令規定辦理」。
