圈購魏家TDR？ 江丙坤：不曾

國民黨副主席江丙坤辦公室昨晚發表聲明，指壹週刊報導與事實不符，已有妨害名譽之虞，考慮依法追訴。

壹週刊報導，指江丙坤在海基會董事長任內，透過家族創設的「首席、坤基創投及坤基貳創投」三家公司，向魏家圈購一千兩百張康師傅TDR，事後，頂新集團董事長魏應交退回江丙坤手續費近百萬元。

江丙坤昨晚發表聲明指出，自九十七年五月就任海基會董事長後，即辭卸坤基創投董事長職務，且不曾參與坤基創投的經營與管理，而康師傅TDR是在九十八年十二月公開對市場投資人詢價圈購。

至於坤基貳創投及首席財務顧問公司，聲明中表示，江丙坤自始即非股東，更不曾擔任過董事長職務。

聲明強調，江丙坤在海基會董事長任內，根本不會、也不曾參與或經手圈購康師傅TDR買賣投資過程，而前述康師傅TDR投資，純粹是該三家公司基於一般投資考量而認購，與江丙坤毫無關係。
