中央地質所：全台5000平方公里地質敏感

中央地質調查所長林朝宗昨在行政院災防會報上，指全台有一成四、五千多平方公里面積，位於地質敏感區。由於影響範圍太大，院長江宜樺指示副院長毛治國召集研商，進一步釐清後再公布。

地質法施行滿三年，但中央地質調查所迄今未公告地質敏感區（大規模崩塌災害潛勢區）。內政部長李鴻源受訪表示，這也是他處理災害潛勢圖最困擾的地方，因為地質敏感區不公告，內政部空有災害潛勢圖套疊也依法無據，只能依建管法處理。
