范可欽：經商標登記 是「合法鴨」

基隆黃色小鴨前策展人范可欽昨天回應，還未收到律師信，目前無法回應；據了解，策展單位設計的招財鴨、歡樂鴨，已經登記商標，目前仍在販售。

范可欽表示，他們從未說這兩只鴨是霍夫曼授權，且強調設計概念，並經商標登記，兩鴨出自迪士尼的特約工廠，是零塑化劑的「合法鴨」。

至於黃景泰要求，黃色小鴨所在的海洋廣場附近攤販也將加強取締，此舉引起攤販反彈。業者指出，這場活動由南到北已辦第三場，且黃色小鴨歷史已久，相關商品也多，沒有理由不讓他們販售。
