羅德曼組的NBA前球員代表隊，抵達北韓，明天將與北韓代表隊較量，依照羅德曼的說法，這是給北韓領導人金正恩的生日禮物，羅德曼宣稱，他因為三番兩次訪問北韓，而收到死亡恐嚇，不過他說他是在做好事，表演賽所得將捐給北韓，造福失聰者。

NBA理事長史騰特別聲明，羅德曼組隊前往北韓，純屬他的私人行為，與聯盟完全無關，史騰說，NBA不會參與或支持政府不認可的活動，他還說，雖然體育經常有助於拉近距離，但是羅德曼策劃的這一樁，不屬於這一種。

羅德曼是去年二月首次訪問平壤，他與金正恩一見如故，去年聖誕節前，他再訪北韓，沒有見到金正恩，不過他每次都獲得國賓等級的招待。（圖片取材自網路）
