海軍籌購潛艦 美無回應就自建

海軍司令部上午舉行媒體參訪活動，首度公開由美軍協防台海時期海軍作戰中心整建而成的史蹟館，海軍內部稱為「時空膠囊」。內部留存有當時兩岸軍力與台美海軍在南部海域模擬追擊潛艦「獵鯊操演」的情態板。

目前海軍作戰中心已轉移到司令部內的鎮海坑道。海軍司令部並在簡報指出，海軍積極籌購柴電潛艦，若美方沒有回應，就採潛艦國造，目前已決定將老舊茄比級潛艦自力整修。
