在北京關停景區公園等地內高級餐館或俱樂部後，杭州也跟進。阿里巴巴集團創辦人馬雲在西湖內的私人招待所江南會，與金庸所創雲松書舍，也已關停。

杭州市委市政府強調，將堅決向會所歪風說不，真正實現讓西湖還湖於民，堅決關停西湖景區公園內高檔經營場所。據了解，江南會是極私密的俱樂部，馬雲專門用來接待重要貴賓，只收400名會員，他與金庸是主動將俱樂部關停。

與此同時，中共中央近日印發《黨政領導幹部選拔任用工作條例》，組織部門並發出通知，要求各級黨政機關結合實際認真遵照執行。這項新《條例》明定不再提拔妻兒移民國外的「裸官（隻身一人在大陸當官）」，同時明定更加嚴苛的「破格提拔」要求，防止官官相護，造成跨越式升官，連續三級跳等不符合黨政領導幹部正常選任的情況發生。

這是習近平執政以來，中共首度大幅修改幹部選任規定，旨在重整隊伍，強化制度建設。新條例明定選拔任用幹部，必須遵守「十不准」，包括不准在機構變動時，突擊提拔、調整幹部；不准封官許願，任人唯親，營私舞弊；不准塗改幹部檔案，或在學經歷弄虛作假等。
